Manufacturing & Construction
The construction and manufacturing industries face a mental health challenge that often goes unspoken. Long hours, physical demands, and a workplace culture where asking for help can sometimes feel like weakness.
Jamma Wellbeing worked with Dragonheart Homes (link to website) to bring Brain Smart® into the workplace in a way that would genuinely land with the workforce. The content was redeveloped by the industry, for the industry: written in a language people recognise, using examples that feel familiar including real-life case studies, and delivered in a way that acknowledges real working lives.
The aim is to give people in these industries access to brain-based wellbeing knowledge and reinforce a culture where mental health is something you talk about, not something to be stigmatised.
“I joined the working group to help design and redevelop the training to be specific to my industry. The end result is well beyond my original hopes. I urge every worker in this sector to speak to Jamma and undertake this training”
