Our Work
Our work is rooted in a simple belief: when people are given space to understand themselves, they are better able to navigate change, build confidence and move forward.
We do not deliver one size fits all solutions. Each area of our work is shaped by the context we are working in, while remaining grounded in emotional intelligence, behavioural understanding and lived experience. We take time to listen, build trust and respond to what is present, rather than imposing a fixed model.
Our work often takes place in environments where people are experiencing uncertainty, transition or challenge. In these spaces, we focus on helping individuals recognise patterns, understand emotional responses and develop practical tools that support healthier decisions, relationships and futures.
The areas below reflect the different environments in which our work takes place. Each responds to a specific context while remaining aligned with our core approach.
Across all settings, we prioritise psychological safety, reflection and connection. This creates the conditions for learning, growth and meaningful change.
Brain Smart®
Brain Smart® is the educational framework that underpins all of Jamma Wellbeing’s work.
It is short, direct, and written in plain language. No clinical terminology. No jargon. Instead, it offers clear, accessible explanations of why the brain sometimes feels like it is working against you, and practical skills to help take back control.
Unlock My Life England
Unlock My Life England is delivered within prisons across England. The work supports people to reflect on behaviour, emotional responses and identity, helping them recognise patterns and develop greater self awareness.
Sessions encourage responsibility, reflection and confidence, supporting individuals to prepare for positive change and future transitions.
Unlock My Life Scotland
Delivered within Scottish prisons, Unlock My Life Scotland focuses on emotional literacy, behaviour and identity. The work supports participants to better understand themselves, explore decision making and rebuild a sense of purpose.
The approach is reflective, supportive and rooted in lived experience.
Transition - Primary to Secondary Education
Our work in primary schools supports children at key transition points. Sessions are designed to help pupils understand emotions, build confidence and develop skills for managing change, relationships and new environments.
The focus is on creating emotional awareness and resilience at an early stage.
Birmingham Communities Prgramme
The Birmingham Communities Programme brings people together through shared reflection, conversation and learning. This work supports connection, belonging and confidence across diverse community settings.
Manufacturing & Construction
Through a co-production partnership with Dragonheart Homes in Peterborough, Jamma Wellbeing has developed a broader programme for the construction and manufacturing sector. Delivered within varied environments in the sector, this work supports workplace wellbeing through emotional awareness, communication and team culture. It helps individuals and teams feel supported, engaged and valued at work. The focus is on strengthening understanding and connection within the workplace.
Overseas
